Where are you located?
We are based in the United States and offer services internationally for destinations events. Our headquarters is based out of Washington, D.C. and Woodbridge, VA.
How do I go about booking services?

For wedding services a signed contract along with a deposit are required.
For media or editorial services please inquire about our daily rates.
What are acceptable forms of payment?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Master Card, Discover, AMEX. Cash, Checks, Paypal and Venmo.
How should I prepare for a makeup application appointment?
We highly recommend clean skin before makeup application begins. Clients may use their own preferred skin care.
How long do private makeup applications take?
Without interruption, on average a full face application should take no more than 60 minutes.
Are private lessons offered?
Yes! Please contact us for rates and availability.
Can you travel to my home or location?
Absolutely! Travel rates do apply for appointments outside of the DC metropolitan area.

What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?
Most deposits are nonrefundable but transferable to any person for any service. Must be used within 6 months. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation request is at least 90 days prior to scheduled date.
When is my final balance due?
The final balance is due on the day of the appointment as one payment.
